Terms and Conditions - Course Fee Refund

Course Fee Refund: Trucking Masters understands that circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel your enrollment in one of our courses. Our course fee refund policy is as follows:

a. Cancellation before the Course Start Date: If you decide to cancel your enrollment in a course, you may be eligible for a refund of the course fee if you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Refunds requested within this timeframe will be processed according to our refund policy.

b. Non-Refundable Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate your needs. In such cases, you may be eligible to reschedule your training for another available date(s) that suits your convenience.

c. Rescheduling Options: If you are unable to attend the course on the originally scheduled date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to explore alternative training dates based on availability.

d. Refund request procedure: To request a refund, you must submit a written request to our administrative team. The request should include your full name, course details, reason for cancellation, and any supporting documentation if applicable. Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

e. Non-refundable fees: Please note that certain fees, such as application fees or administrative fees, may be non-refundable even if the course fee is refundable. These fees cover administrative costs associated with processing your enrollment and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

f. Refund processing time: Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Exceptions and Limitations: Trucking Masters reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis. We understand that individual circumstances may vary, and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

  • Please review our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses. By enrolling in a course, you acknowledge and agree to the course fee refund policy outlined above.

  • If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please contact us.

  • Note: The refund policy is subject to change. It is your responsibility to review the most up-to-date refund policy before enrolling in any course.
